Had my re-check today from when I was diagnosed with high BP (the week I came to you). My doctor immediately noticed I had lost weight on the scales and my blood pressure went down from 163/98 to 140/90! He was angry at me that first day I went in because I refused medications. I told him I was going to lose weight and take care of it the right way.
